You are overdue for a cozy night

Coziness, what a fickle thing. This life is fast, it's ridiculed with being uncomfortable. Often were met with situations where we don't feel at ease, relaxation is difficult. Let me introduce you to the ultimate euphoria that is cozy night.

We've all aspired to be this cozy, but let's be honest it's tough to be like this in a social setting and it not be awkward. Something dawned on 3 individuals one day, an idea that struck the earth like a lightning bolt. My friends and I are surpassing a half of a decade, on honestly the best man has ever invented besides the squatty potty (article to come), Thursday Night Football. There is nothing better on this planet, than watching the NFL late at night to wake up to a Friday morning. But being the creative savants we are, we decided to up the tempo.

Let me set the stage for how it all started. It's been a long week, it's Thursday. I'm pumping my gas, prepping for a long night at the bowling alley (former long standing tradition, pour one out). I'm really dreading having to be social, having to spend money on those pitchers (I'm still in the mud at the time). I run into cozy night co-founder, by the greatest chance. Both on the same page of our mental and physical exhaustion, we made the historic agreement of "Why don't we just stay and watch the game?" We then tagged our friend who was en route to the alley, like a buck on a crisp Nov morning to come join us. Then greatness happend, cozy night was born.

While mourning for the loss of color rush (you don't realize what they took from us) some hypotheticals started getting tossed around. We knew we struck gold, but how can we up the anty? Now for a normal football night, you might see a case of busch lite and maybe a bowl of pretzels. We started really digging into the spirit of the season. Fall night, crisp air, why can't we get cozy?

Sometimes us dudes take the shortcuts when it comes to events. Sure I'm not saying themed drinks, vemno qr scanners, and just normal women headassery. But why can't we dabble with the luxuries? Let's ditch the jerseys, the team attire. Toss on some sweats, crack a window (not too wide), make a couple parlays, and order some good food.

Cozy nights are your classic bigger than the box score moment. A classic, why not us? Who said we can't kick our feet up, toss some bets and really just sink into the couch.
